By using Boltis Botanicals' website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all interactions with our business, including online orders, in-store purchases, and service consultations.
Boltis Botanicals provides custom floral design, event planning, delivery services, and related botanical products. All services are subject to availability and seasonal variations. We reserve the right to modify services and pricing.
All orders require confirmation and payment authorization. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and approved business accounts. Prices include applicable taxes. Custom orders require a 50% deposit upon confirmation.
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Express delivery orders must be placed by 1:00 PM for same-day service. Delivery is available within our service radius. Weather conditions may affect delivery schedules.
Standard orders may be cancelled up to 4 hours before delivery. Custom arrangements and event orders have different cancellation policies outlined in your service agreement. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
We guarantee our flowers for 5 days from delivery when properly cared for. If you're unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. We'll work to resolve any issues promptly.
Boltis Botanicals' liability is limited to the purchase price of products or services. We are not responsible for consequential damages, event delays due to weather, or issues beyond our reasonable control.
